Delivery Information - everything you need to know about postage:
The price of delivery is from £3.89 for all U.K deliveries. We ensure you receive your box quickly and without hassle. Any problems? We refund or replace your box in the unlikely event of being lost.
ALL boxes, no matter whether you have subscribed or ordered a one off purchase will be dispatched during the first week of the month following payment.
Boxes will be posted using Tracked Royal Mail for Delivery.
Suggested delivery is 1-2 working days. Sometimes boxes can take a little longer to reach their destination, so we’d suggest giving the post a day or two extra to this, but please do contact us if you are concerned. Upon dispatch you will be emailed to confirm that your box is on it's way.
Although it is highly unlikely UK deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to dispatch a replacement or issue a refund until 10 days have elapsed.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes:
Customers ordering from outside the UK are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing an order.
