Beautiful colour, still some catching up before I start this box

I got the March baby boy box, was pleased with the wool, I don't use 4ply much so it was a nice surprise, its a lovely colour and so soft. The patterns are lovely, haven't started any yet but will probably do both. Loved the sweets, they always go down well . My only complaint is that the needles were stuck together with tape, I have arthritis in my hands and found it difficult to get the tape off and when I did manage it the needles were unusable as I couldn't get rid of the sticky residue.

First time picking up the knitting needles in over 4 years and I tried it out on this little jacket. The wool is so soft and feels lovely and silky in the hands and knits up well. I must admit I forgot how to cast on as I use the long tail cast on and I couldn’t remember where to start but once I got going it all fell into place nicely. The boxes are wonderful. Mine contained 5 balls of 4 ply 50g balls of a lovely mint green, a pair of knitting needles in size 2 7/5mm a pretty daisy stitch marker, a set of stitch holders, a little organza bag containing 5 little buttons and a knitted with live label also in the box was a Curley whirly bar and 2 choc mint eclair sweets plus 2 lovely 4ply patterns both with a variety of things to knit. A little textured cardigan and jumper with a blanket in one and the other had a little garter stitch jacket, boys helmet, booties in sizes 12inch to 1 to 2 years and a pram blanket. Both designs would look equally as good in a pink for a girl as well as for a boy. I loved this box so much I bought the April baby girl one. Brilliant value and worth waiting for.....well oooo.......hurry up I can’t wait for it to come!!

Lovely wool and pattern well worth the money, also the little gifts and sweets are extras that Dhia and staff put in. The gifts you will always use. Xx
